It's the 1st day of the summer break here in Taiwan and am really excited about the plans that awaits ahead.
Started using the photography booth here in my department. Looks great, well that's all I can say because I use the place too often I can't even recall the last time I HADN'T step foot in it. Because we couldn't use the strobes in there, we used 500W and 1K Tungsten to light previous photo shoots and even used this place as a background for a previous promo. But anyway, it's great to venture into a field which I'm not familiar with (flashes, speed lights, strobes, and the like...).
Well, today was the 1st day, and I got to go hands on using strobes. Am extremely lucky to have an awesome friend like Edward to help with the upcoming shoots. He's worked in a photo booth for almost 3 years now and is a great guy =D Kudos to that.

Besides having to dwell more into photography. I've recently fallen in love with "The Tale Of Benjamin Sawyer" from the submission to the My RØDE Reel Short Film Competition. Absolutely stunning cinematography and soundtrack.

What kept me repeatedly abuse the play button was the story behind the short. These 4 filmmakers is one of those reasons why I yearn to strive in the filmmaking industry. To be able to work with such humble and talented people would be an honour. This short and the behind the scenes were truly an eye opener. If I could, I would too wanna try my best in this competition.
Highly recommended short and please, DO WATCH the BEHIND THE SCENES, one of the best =D.
Check out the other films as well, there are great content out there.
That's all for now, more plans will reveal itself soon. =)
